Through the May $6K Community Giveaway, we were honored to provide $1,500 in funding to Veterans & Everyday Heroes (V-EH!), an organization making a real difference for veterans and First Responders .
Providing Critical Support
Founded by veteran and retired police officer Captain Andrew Gough, CD, V-EH! helps veterans and First Responders access essential wellness tools—most notably, service dogs. For many, these dogs offer much more than companionship: stability, support, and a renewed sense of independence.
With the cost of a fully trained service dog ranging from $25,000 to $30,000, financial barriers can prevent access. V-EH! works tirelessly to remove these obstacles, ensuring veterans and first responders get the support they deserve .
A Tangible Impact
Thanks to their dedication, V-EH! has already supported the acquisition of over 12 service dogs. Our contribution helps them continue this crucial work, extending their reach and impact .
